VOLUNTEER AT NORTHSIDE: ALL THE COOL KIDS ARE DOING IT

Wanna see four days worth of bands, really good bands — bands like Sunset Rubdown, the Dodos, Woods, Bishop Allen and John Vanderslice — without spending a dime? Volunteer at Northside. We’re looking for people to help us out between June 10th and 14th. You’ll be assigned four-hour shifts either lending a hand at the registration booth or checking badges at the venues — relatively painless work with no experience necessary, although dependability is crucial. In return, you’ll be given badge privileges, granting you access to shows, gallery exhibits and other events outside your shift. We won’t even make you wear a nametag (although, a red T-shirt, yes). If you can work all five days, we’ll love you forever. If you can only work one, that’s cool too.
